Rhinelander Sword: Originating in Germany, this stylish S-curve guard found use all through out Europe in the 15th century.
Single hand swords of this length were invaluable to the mounted soldier, granting him the length needed to swipe down doom from above while seated atop the massive war horses of the time.
Our diamond cross-section 37-inch blade is beautifully balanced by the solid steel wheel pommel and S-curve guard, offering the swiftness needed in the heated chaos of the battle field.

Commonly called Vikings in the early medieval period, especially in connection with raids and monastic plundering made by Norsemen in Great Britain and Ireland. Our "Norseman" Viking sword is a no nonsense 28-inch broad bladed cutting tool. The sword features a heavy pommel and cross guard to balance out the flat blade for easy one handed use. He was a man of big deeds who used a big sword.
Our 13th century two handed great sword is likely a sword that the fearsome hero would’ve been eager to use.
With its 40-inch blade balanced by a solid steel cross guard and heavy steel pommel, this sword has tremendous potential in the hands of a skilled swordsman.
The leather wrapped ricasso allows one to choke up on the blade to offer better balance when fighting in close quarters while both guard and pommel offer them selves as stout striking points in time of need.
No scabbard with this sword.

TILBUD! Cold Steel Viking Sword
The typical Viking sword of the 9th and 10th centuries featured a long wide blade with a broad central fuller and two keen edges.
The preferred stroke was a hard slash or chopping blow, so the point was fairly rounded but was just acute enough to be useful for thrusting.
A simple guard with forward curving quillions was often utilized and combined with an equally utilitarian wooden handle that was covered with leather, bone, or even cast in brass.
What really made the Viking Sword so distinctively recognizable from its contemporaries was its heavy 5 lobed pommel used to balance the long blade.
Our sword has features in common with its historical counterpart.
It has a double edged blade, hand forged out of high carbon steel and then polished to a brilliant lustre.
The wooden handle is covered in leather and is supported by a simple, elegant guard at one end and an equally handsome 5 lobed pommel at the other.
Both guard and pommel feature traditional Celtic knot embellishments.
To house the keen double edge blade each of our swords is supplied with a wood scabbard covered in black leather and reinforced with a highly polished steel chape and throat.
